Repair services
Any inspection fee — if applicable — is explained before the device is received. No repair starts until you approve the cost, timing and warranty terms. Keep the repair receipt, and contact us right away if you notice an issue after collection so the case can be reviewed against what was agreed.
Products and accessories
Return and refund terms for products are set per order before payment, depending on the product condition, the return reason and what was agreed at confirmation. Ask about the terms for your order and keep proof of the agreement.
How to request a review
To request a review of any service or product, contact us by phone or WhatsApp with the order number or repair receipt and a description of the issue. Each case is reviewed against its documented agreement before any action.
