By using the WolfTech website or contacting us for a service, you agree to these general terms. Details for each service or order are confirmed in writing or verbally before work begins.
Services and enquiries
The site shows guidance information about repair services and products, and any preliminary reply over WhatsApp or phone is an initial estimate, not a final quote. Final price, timing and warranty are defined after the model, device condition and inspection result are known.
Approval before work
No repair or order starts until you approve the cost, timing and warranty terms. Keep a copy of any agreement and ask for clarification of anything unclear before approving.
Data and backups
You are responsible for keeping a backup of your data before handing over the device whenever possible, and for sharing your passcode only when necessary and after understanding why it is requested.
Orders and products
There is no online payment on the site. Product availability, prices and warranty terms are confirmed per order before payment, under the policy on the returns and refunds page.
